How long should the hairs be for optimal effect?

Your hair should be at least 3-5 mm long to achieve the desired effect of the waxing treatment. The longer they are, the easier it is for the wax to adhere.

How long does a waxing treatment last?

A waxing treatment with Pearlwax™ removes the hair at the root, so the treatment typically lasts 4-6 weeks before the hair has grown back to its full length.

Initially, some people may feel or see hair in the area that has been waxed a few weeks after a waxing treatment. This is because not all hairs have the same growth cycle and the hairs you see in the weeks immediately after the waxing (1-3 weeks) will have been right up to the surface of the skin during the waxing. Therefore, you may want to get waxed about every 3 weeks in the beginning so that your hairs have the same growth cycle. In this way, it will typically take 4-6 weeks for the hairs to grow out again.
